Order Review and Customer Approval Process
We have proofing guidelines to optimize both customer experience and the Customerica manufacturing process to deliver high-quality products on time. Order manufacturing process shaped by your dreams whether this is your first order or whether you are reordering a design we have already printed. All these make our work easier.
Every new order receives professional design support. Our designer teammates will review your order to make sure your idea looks outstanding when printed on quality garments. We check your work against industry standards and make sure it aligns properly with the garments you choose. We want your work to look its best. Our Graphic Design experts will make additional improvements during the review. They will please you.
On orders of five or more, we’ll send you a digital copy of our design team’s updated work. In our industry this is called “proof” – it gives you the opportunity to see what the final design will look like on the garment you choose. We will definitely ask you to review and approve this proof before we start printing to make sure we have all the details. The faster you respond with approvals or changes, the more time we can spend focusing on what we do best.
If you have ordered four or fewer pieces, we will start printing the order as soon as it has been reviewed and developed by our professional design team. We will only send a proof when our experts think your design is complex and needs your approval, or when you specifically request that we send you a proof at checkout or by emailing email@example.com .
If you have previously bought from us and are re-ordering the same model, we will not give you a proof and will instead request your confirmation. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need proof for a new order or contact us.
